Welcome to Triple M Embroidery & Graphics. By placing an order or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

We sell graphic shirts only. All items are made and sold as described on our website, invoice, or payment request.

• Full payment is required before production or fulfillment begins.
   
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
   
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, or incorrect order information.
   

• Orders are typically processed within [2] business days.
   
• Production times may vary depending on order volume, availability, or custom requests.
   
• Delays may occur during high demand periods (holidays, sales, bulk orders).
   

• Shipping timelines vary based on the carrier and location.
   
• Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
   
• If local pickup is offered, the customer is responsible for picking up within [4] days of notification.
   

All returns/refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

• Shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached to be eligible for return.
   
• Final sale items are not returnable.
   
• We do not accept returns for shirts that are worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered.
   

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at checkout.
We recommend reviewing our sizing information before ordering. Fit may vary slightly depending on shirt style/brand.

If custom designs are offered:

• Custom or personalized shirt orders may be non-refundable
   
• Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled
   

All designs, logos, artwork, and content created by Triple M Embroidery & Graphics are protected. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or redistribute our designs without written permission.

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always apply to new purchases.
